Q.	What are the guidelines for posting a photo?

	A.	Match.com is committed to providing our members with a secure, comfortable environment. We reserve the right to crop or reject any photo at our discretion. Photos will not appear on the site until they are approved by Customer Care. Please adhere to the following photo guidelines: Image files must be received in an approved format and may not exceed 3 MB. You must appear in the primary photo. Q.	How do I add a photo?

	A.	Match.com makes it easy for you, by offering two ways to add a photo. Option 1: Upload a Photo Once you've posted your free profile, upload photos directly from your computer. Once approved, your photos will be posted exactly as they are submitted. Be sure to crop your photo if necessary before uploading it. Due to the volume of photos that we receive, it may take up to 72 hours for your photo to appear on your profile. Option 2: Email a Photo We'll happily post your photos for free! And we make it easy for you to send them: 1. Attach your photos to your email. 2. Include your… First and last name Username Email address you used when you signed up with Match.com Date of Birth 3. Then just send your email to photos@Match.com. We'll email you when we process your photos. Please send photos as attachments only. We cannot accept a picture embedded in an email.

Q.	I'd like to upload additional photos, but no primary photo. Can I do this?

	A.	Unfortunately, no. The first photo you upload will be designated as your primary photo. It's important to upload a primary photo first for others to see in search results. After you've uploaded your primary photo, feel free to add up to 25 additional photos.

Q.	Why isn't my photo showing up in search results?

	A.	Your photo may not appear in search results if it's still pending approval, or was rejected for some reason. Visit the My Photos page to see if your photo's still pending. If your uploaded photo is no longer there, it was rejected; you'll receive a rejection email with a more detailed explanation.

Q.	How will my photos be seen by other members?

	A.	Your primary photo appears on every page of your profile, and a smaller version shows up when other members search for matches. Match.com may resize or even crop your main photo to create that smaller image. Your additional photos are typically shown directly below your primary photo.
