The Make Love Happen Guarantee progress page will tell you whether you are meeting the requirements to redeem the guarantee. Red exclamation points will indicate if you need to take action, for example, if you haven't sent enough emails, kept your profile visible, or if your primary photo is not visible. If you are meeting all the requirements, blue check marks are displayed in both the current and previous month's sections. |

Why am I required to post a primary photo? |

We have found that customers with photos have a better experience on Match.com. In fact, users with photos are 15 times more likely to be contacted! It is for this reason that the program rules specify that you must have at least a primary photo. |

During the last 30 days of your initial Make Love Happen Guarantee subscription, go to the Make Love Happen Guarantee progress page and answer the questions related to your eligibility status. If you did, indeed, qualify, accept your additional 6 months at no expense to you. If you did not qualify, check your status section for red exclamation points which will call out the reason. |

The progress page is a tool designed to track your progress during your paid Love subscription. If you have received an extension, you will not see a progress page. |
