How do I know if I have successfully booked for an event?

Normally we will send you an email confirmation once you have registered. If you’ve not received your email, here’s what to do:

  • First, check the email hasn’t landed in your spam folder
  • Next, visit the ‘Events’ section online. If your registration has not been completed, you’ll still see an option to 'Reserve your place’. If you do, please try again.
  • If the option isn't available, you probably just missed out and the event is now full. We’ll see you next time!
