What should I do if I can't read or send emails even though I have a subscription?

Oh no! You should be able to send and receive messages as soon as you take out a subscription. But don’t panic: let’s take a look at why and how messages can go wrong:

  1. Our system hasn’t registered your subscription. Try logging out and logging back in.
  2. You’re logged into the wrong account. Try logging into the subscribed account. Don’t forget to delete the other account to avoid confusion.
  3. Your subscription was registered to our sister site Affiny. If you think this is the case and you want to move your Affiny account to Match (or the other way round), get in touch with Customer Care. They’re always happy to help.

If you can’t fix the problem by yourself, please contact our Customer Care team: they’ll be happy to help you get back in the loop.
