Why have I not received an email confirmation of booking?

Hmmm, that wasn't supposed to happen. Normally we will send you an email confirmation whenever you complete an event registration. If you’ve not received an email, here’s what to do:

  • First, check the email hasn’t landed in your spam folder.
  • Next, visit the ‘Events’ section of the site or app. If your registration has not been completed, you’ll see an option to 'Reserve your place’. If you do, please try again.
  • If neither of these work, you probably just missed out and the event is now full. We’ll see you next time!
