Why is it suggesting I subscribe even though I have already paid?

That doesn't sound very fair, but we'll get to the bottom of it. There are several reasons why this may happen:

  • Your payment was refused. First, check to make sure you've received an email confirmation of payment. 
  • You paid on another profile - that is of course, if you accidently created more than one account with us. Try logging in again, using the email address where you received the confirmation email.
  • You bought a subscription on our sister website “Affiny”, which doesn't include access to Match. If you think this has happened and you’ve paid for the wrong one, please feel get in touch with our Customer Care team.
