Dessert: Frozen banana ghosts

Approximate cost: £3.50

Bananas taste spookily like ice cream when frozen and if you cut off the bottoms and add in some well-placed chocolate buttons then they can look scarily like ghosts.

4 Bananas 200g White Chocolate Handful of dark chocolate drops 8 Lolly sticks

Method:

1. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, being careful that it doesn’t burn and set aside. 2. Once coated, place in the baking tray. 3. Add two chocolate buttons to make eyes and another to make a mouth. Freeze lollies for at least 4 hours or up to a week.
