What to wear on a first date to seduce him
Picking an outfit for a date can be a tricky one. You want to feel relaxed and look like you haven’t made too much effort but at the same time you want him to fancy you. To give yourself a better chance at showing your sexy side here are five fashion fixes to seduce your date.
The little black dress
This classic and timeless look made famous by Audrey Hepburn is flattering and elegant. If you don’t want to look like you’re going to a funeral, play with accessories by wearing jewellery or a colourful belt for that flash of colour.
The tailored look
Lots of dates happen straight from working leaving little time to get changed. Solution? Wear your best suit to the office…and then to the date. Of course you might want to loosen the collar a little or take off the jacket but the tailored look will show your date that you’re classy, ambitious and independent.
Another approach is to adopt a casual look that will highlight your curves. Well-fitting skinny jeans accompanied by a floaty top is a chic and feminine look. But beware of going too casual: sweatpants is a big no no.
Let’s face it, what man doesn’t like a short skirt? But be careful not to overdo it. If you are going for seduction keep it subtle by teaming the mini skirt with a top that isn’t too revealing. Mini skirt plus plunging neckline will give out the wrong signal while showing off your perfect pins and leaving the rest to the imagination will have him dying for a second date.
You think that your date will not think to look at your feet? Big mistake! The best looking outfits can be ruined by the wrong shoes. If you’re not a fan of heels or want to opt for comfort go for ballet pumps or feminine strappy sandals (but don’t forget the pedicure).
