How can I delete my account?

But back to business. About that profile

  • Log in to your account from a computer
  • To delete your account: Access My account settings > Suspend my account > To delete your account, click here. Or click here.
  • Your profile will disappear within 24 hours.

If you want to be able to access your information or use your account again (for example if it's still early days with your new partner), you can opt to suspend your profile rather than deleting it by clicking on Suspend my account. Or click here.

! If you have opted to pay in installments, please remember you may still have payments left to make.

Mobile and APP:

  • You cannot delete or suspend your profile from our app
  • Log into your account from a computer
  • Access the My Account Settings > Click Suspend your account. Confirm your request > To cancel your account, click here. 
  • It will disappear within 24 hours
