How do I manage my notifications?

I want to update my Notifications preferences.
Maybe you're getting too many notifications, maybe you're not getting enough 😳. Either way, we've got your back.

  1. Log into the site
  2. Head for the My account settings section. >Alerts
  3. Tick or Untick the alerts according to your preferences and you're done!

If you're not getting any emails from us:

  • Check My account settings > My account to make sure we have the right email address.
  • If we do, check your spam folder.

If you are using the APP and wish to adjust your notifications style, sound and vibrate settings:

  • Go to the Me section in the app, tap Preferences, then Notifications.
