Can I cancel my purchase, and can I get a refund?

You are in the 14-day cooling-off period following any subscription purchase.

Your purchase was made on the website or the mobile site

  • Contact our Customer Care team 💌 to request a refund or exchange,
    ➔ Please note refunds are available for purchases of first-time subscriptions and upgrades. Refund amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
    We do not offer refunds for renewals, Boosts, Love Notes or Incognito purchases.

Your purchase was made via the App Store

  • Cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple under their own terms and conditions which we do not control.
    ➔ If you purchased via Itunes, you will need to send your request to them

You are beyond the initial 14 days.

  • No refund can be done. But we're here to help you make the most of your subscription by showing you how to take full advantage of the service features.

If you don't want to continue with your subscription

  • You can cancel the automatic renewal through a computer in My account settings.
