How do I delete a profile that has been hacked?

Someone might have hacked my account 🚨, What Should I do ?

If you can still log into your account:

  • Change your password immediately.
    If you are using a computer click here.
    If you are using mobile click here.
  • Then Log out and Log in again from every device connected to your account.

➔  We recommend that you change the password of your email account too.

If you cannot log into your account:

  • Contact Customer Care 💌 and we'll close the account for you
  • If you have a pass, we can transfer your subscription to a new account. Contact us with your old screen name and your new customer ID number, which you'll find in the My account settings section.

Tips to keep your account safe

  • Choose a complex password with at least one letter, one number and one special character.
  • Always log out of Match if you're accessing your account from a public place.
  • Never forward or share emails you get from us.

Remember – your safety is our number one priority. If you ever feel that something isn't right, don't hesitate to let us know.
