How do I login and register my account?

To activate your profile, follow the instructions of the activation email 📧 (sent after the creation of the account)

If you don't get an activation email within a few minutes :

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. If you still can't find it you may have entered the wrong email address (it happens!)
  3. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team 💌.

If you've been able to log in and use Match before but now you cannot log in:

  1. Enter your email address and reset your password from the home page > Log in > Forgot your password?
  2. Make sure you spell your identifiers correctly with upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

We will send you a reset message within a few minutes > Follow the instructions to reset your password and you'll be good to go.
