How do I cancel an automatic renewal?

You can cancel your subscription at the earliest 24 hours after purchase and up to 48 hours before its renewal date. You have different ways to do it:

  • From a computer, follow these steps:

Click here or:

  1. Click on My account settings > Manage my subscription
  2. Follow the cancellation process, ensuring you select continue or confirm when asked
  3. We'll confirm the cancellation by email
  • For purchases made through Mobile:
  1. Click on Me
  2. Click on the settings icon ⚙️
  3. Scroll down to Preferences and click Cancel your pass
  4. Continue with the renewal cancellation
  • For Purchases made through our iPhone App:
  1. Open the Settings app > Tap your name > Tap Subscriptions
  2. Tap the subscription that you want to manage > Cancel Subscription

You can continue using your subscription until it expires. No more payments will be debited by us after the end date.
If you have opted to pay in instalments, please remember you may still have payments left to make.
You can choose to resubscribe at any time if you want to enjoy the full Match experience.
