I haven't received a confirmation email. Where can I find information about my Subscription?
If you have not received an email, here's what to do:
- First, check that the email has not landed in your spam folder.
- Go on My account settings section (site or app) and check if your subscription is listed.
- If you don't find your subscription, it means that your payment hasn't gone through

When does my subscription expire?
- You can find information about your subscription in:
- From a computer: My account settings >Manage my Subscription.
- From Mobile and App: Me section > ⚙️
- Here, you can also cancel your automatic renewal and view your purchase history.
