Why the messages and views of a profile have disappeared from my list?
There are three main reasons why this can happen:
- The members have deleted or suspended their profile (or are temporarily in Incognito mode).
- You have blocked them, or they have blocked you
- We have deleted their profiles because they breached our terms and conditions.
Our advice is always to move on – there are always more genuine singles to discover 👀
