When did you meet?: Lucas and I met on Match in July 2022, and in person for the first time in the September of 2022, we met up in Manchester UK as that was half way between the two of us. I went to his city in the October of 2022 for a few days and that’s when we officially became boyfriends.
What aspect of their Match profile did you find most attractive or interesting?: Jack: I thought Lucas was handsome, he messaged me first, and we had similar interests. Also when I was reading his profile I had a gut feeling that there was something special about him. Lucas: When I first met Jack, I was really nervous but once I got to know him I knew I had no reason to be. He’s given me so much confidence and has me the happiest I could ever be.
Do you have any plans together as a couple (holidays, moving in, commitment…): We’re planning on getting married. We moved in together in August 2024 and engaged in October 2024 on our second anniversary of being officially boyfriends.
What are the cute little things you do for each other on a daily basis?: Jack: Lucas will make me cups of coffee after work and bring me some chocolate from our stash. Lucas: He would buy me chocolate (even though I said he doesn’t have to) and he always impresses me with how much he knows about certain topics.
